I've been in your shoes.
Most leaders I work with are carrying more than they should, and cannot always see why.
I help senior leaders build teams that perform when they are not in the room. Not because they have worked harder or pushed further, but because they have finally stopped carrying what their team should own.
Most of the leaders I work with are not struggling. They are successful, capable, and respected. But they are also exhausted. Decisions still land on their desk. Standards slip when they step away. Their managers are not leading consistently. Growth is exposing problems that were always there, and they are quietly compensating for all of it.
These are Excellence Leaks. Performance draining through unclear expectations, weak accountability, and systems that only hold when the right person is in the room.
That is the work. Not generic leadership development. The specific, sometimes uncomfortable work of naming what is really going on, and building something that actually lasts.
You cannot always see clearly from inside the problem. Sometimes you need somebody outside your world to show you what is actually happening.
Before founding Famruch Consulting, I spent ten years at HSBC in commercial banking. I learned what performance under real commercial pressure looks like, what it costs when standards slip, and what gets in the way of good leadership at scale.
From there I joined Multiverse as Director of Delivery and Head of Leadership Development. I scaled a team from 2 to 200 people in 18 months, during Covid, while working from home with two young children. I supported the development of over 5,000 apprentices across the UK. I know what it feels like to build fast, lead under pressure, and hold a team together when conditions are not ideal. I have lived both sides of that story.
I did not do it perfectly. But I learned more in those 18 months than in the decade before them. And most of what I learned is what I bring to the leaders I work with now.
Since founding Famruch in 2023, I have worked with organisations including Google, Shopify, and the Greater London Authority, alongside leaders across tech, fintech, and the public sector.
The best starting point is a conversation about what is actually happening. Tell me where the pressure is, and we will work out whether and how I can help.
