If Only They Knew was Chichi's debut book, written when she was at the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey. Her thinking has evolved considerably since then. But the belief underneath it has not: that it is possible to build something excellent without sacrificing everything else to do it.

Today Chichi works as an executive coach and leadership consultant, helping senior leaders and leadership teams identify the performance gaps that are quietly costing them, and build teams that perform without constant dependence on them.

She has been featured in The Guardian and the Huffington Post, was named IPSE Freelancer of the Year runner-up, and has spoken for organisations including Multiverse. Before founding Famruch Consulting, she spent a decade at HSBC and served as Head of Leadership Development at Multiverse.
