- Any information you share when you use Coach Chichi AI, our AI coaching tool
We do not collect payment information directly. Any payments are handled through secure third-party providers.
How we use your information
We use the information you share with us to:
- Send you Raising the Standard, our weekly leadership letter, if you have subscribed
- Respond to your enquiries about working together
- Send relevant information about our services where you have given permission
We will never sell your data, share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes, or use it in any way you would not reasonably expect.
The tools we use
We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to run this website and our communications:
Kit (formerly ConvertKit)

Coachvox AI
Coach Chichi AI is powered by Coachvox. Any conversations you have with Coach Chichi AI are processed through Coachvox's platform. Please do not share sensitive personal information through the AI tool. Coachvox's privacy policy can be found at coachvox.ai/privacy.
Netlify
This website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server logs including IP addresses as part of its normal hosting operations. Netlify's privacy policy can be found at netlify.com/privacy.
